At Angelo Underground LLC, we’ve been at the forefront of hydro excavation and vacuum truck operations since the late 1980s. Our legacy began when Joseph Angelo and his son Christopher flew out of Stewart Air Force Base in Newburgh, NY to Madison, Wisconsin, where they acquired one of the first Vactor 810 combination machines ever brought into Dutchess County. Richard “Dick” Hutchinson, a visionary in the utility field, told our father, “These trucks are the future.” He couldn’t have been more right.

Back then, our family business — Teleco Pipe Cleaning — was already solving complex underground infrastructure problems using test-and-seal packers, grout injection systems, and cutting-edge pipeline repair technologies. We’ve proudly supported municipal DPWs, highway departments, engineers, and contractors with innovative vacuum solutions ever since.

Today, Angelo Underground LLC continues that legacy by offering:

Whether inspecting 6” residential laterals or 60” municipal mains, our equipment captures every detail with unmatched accuracy.
